- Shipping Policy
l Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed in 3 to 5 business days. Monday to Friday excluding holidays.Processing time also affected by stock status, especially paying attention to the presale products. Presale products do not follow rules above. We’ll inform the presale’s actual processing time on social media.
l Extra Shipping Cost
The order amount less than $45usd which is need you to cover a part of shipping cost to be $8usd.

Shipping Guarantee
We guarantee that the package will arrive within 60 days. If you haven’t received after 60 days, please contact us by care@shiimmer.com as soon as possible.We will arrange a reshipment or refund.
l Customs Fees
International orders may subject to import taxes. Customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. Customs fees and policies vary in each country and may change regularly. These fees are requested to pay before the packages are released from customs. Shiimmer doesn’t cover these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We won’t offer return or refund service if the customers don’t pay customs fees or the packages are not cleared. Please feel free to contact your local customs office for more information.
l Delivery Error
To avoid the additional re-delivery charges, please make sure to update the correct and complete address.If delivery addresses are incorrect or incomplete,or recipients aren't available to pick up, $10USD or 25% of the total order value will be charged for re-deliveries, whichever is higher, because once the order i shipped, we can’t make changes or adjustments to the address mid-delivery.
- Return & Refund Policy
l Return & Exchange
We offer 14 days return policy after receiving package.Please contact care@shiimmer.com and send order number&reason of return&picture or video of product you want to return. Once your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Without requesting, returning will not be accepted. You need to responsible the return package and we will respond with your return needs within a week and. All customers are responsible for shipping costs as well as duties on all returned items.
If the package is missing or damaged during delivery by your local post office, Shiimmer is not responsible.
Damaged / defective products or incorrect items allow to exchange in same item only :
Please inspect your order upon acceptance and contact us immediately if the item is defective,damaged or incorrect.Write us an email by care@shiimmer.com including the order number and a detailed description of the issue with pictures, so that we can arrange replacement and the shipping fee charged by customers.
The following items CANNOT be returned or exchanged :
1) Opened and used item - such as inside product,sticker seals,shrink-wrapping be broken
2) Items for which more than 35 days have elapsed from date of purchase. (This applies to both Damaged/Defective/Return items).

l Refund
To request a refund, please email us at care@shiimmer.com with your order number and picture of details, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not within a week. If approved, we will refund automatically on your original payment method excluding the original shipping and handling charge.Please allow up to two weeks for the processing of returns.
For orders with tracking status showing as "delivered", we don’t offer refunds/exchange without proof of loss from the local post office.
