Return & Exchange
We offer 14 days return policy after receiving package.Please contact care@shiimmer.com and send order number&reason of return&picture or video of product you want to return. Once your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Without requesting, returning will not be accepted. You need to responsible the return package and we will respond with your return needs within a week. 

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

If the package is missing or damaged during delivery by your local post office, Shiimmer is not responsible.

Damaged / defective products or incorrect items allow to exchange in same item only :
Please inspect your order upon acceptance and contact us immediately if the item is defective,damaged or incorrect.Write us an email by care@shiimmer.com including the order number and a detailed description of the issue with pictures, so that we can arrange replacement and the shipping fee charged by customers.

The following items CANNOT be returned or exchanged :
1)Opened and used item - such as inside product,sticker seals,shrink-wrapping be broken
2)Items for which more than 35 days have elapsed from date of purchase. (This applies to both Damaged/Defective/Return items).

Refund
To request a refund, please email us at care@shiimmer.com with your order number and picture of details, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not within a week. If approved, we will refund automatically on your original payment method excluding the original shipping and handling charge.Please allow up to two weeks for the processing of returns. 

For orders with tracking status showing as "delivered", we don’t offer refunds/exchange without proof of loss from the local post office.
